Plan to attend our Visitors' Day on Tuesday, May 6 or schedule a tour on another date.
After we have had a chance to meet with you for a school tour, these items will need to be completed in order for your child to be considered for acceptance:
Upon acceptance, you will be given access to complete Online Enrollment, where you will complete online forms. During this process you may upload the following documents:
| Virginia School Entrance Health Form | Complete page 1 of the Virginia School Entrance Health Form for each child. Submit to your medical provider to complete pages 2-4. A health examination taken within 12 months prior to the first day of school is acceptable. |

Present the child's immunization records or a notarized copy of the Religious Exemption Form. Please Note: All new students are admitted on a probationary status for one grading period (9 weeks). During this period, the student’s academic progress and behavior will be evaluated to determine if SVAE is able to meet the student’s needs and if the student is making a positive contribution to the school program.
